Excellent from start to finish made a huge difference and a usable room all year round

This was the second time I used this company for replacement upvc double glazed windows. Your Choice are easy to deal with. There was no sales pressure. Their workmanship is good. The frames are of excellent quality. The sales, installation, accounts and admin staff are all very pleasant to deal with and anxious to please. I will return to them in future when I need windows etc.

Every interaction with Your Choice was polite, courteous and professional. We invited several suppliers to showcase their product and Your Choice's warm roof was easily the best. It was also a fair price and we are delighted with the result. The conservatory is now actually useable - it wasn't too hot in the summer and we're hoping it won't be too cold in the winter.

We have had a single storey extension completed by Your Choice and are happy with the results. The company was the right company for us, we wanted a hassle free build, a short timescale, minimal disruption and needed to have our project managed by experienced people. Your Choice ticked all these boxes and we are left with a beautiful home which meets the needs of our family. Thank you

The company as a whole was a pleasure to work with. From the initial consultation through to completion, Your Choice couldn't do enough to accommodate our needs and make a vision a reality. Eric provided honest advice and guidance with no pressure or coercion during the consultation and kept us updated every step of the way throughout the design phase. Ray and his installation team were prompt, clean and had a great eye for detail. The few snags identified at the end were rectified in a timely fashion and the 10 year warrant give peace of mind.

Aug 2024 We first used Your Choice 4 years ago for a new conservatory, and was very impressed with their work. So we had no hesitation when we needed some new windows and doors to use them again. Your Choice use experienced tradesmen with top quality workmanship, and their customer service is excellent. You feel you are being looked after from start to completion. We have a number of family members who have also used them and have been very pleased, so would highly recommend Your Choice. Review 4 years ago Could not be more pleased with Your Choice, they totally transformed our old conservatory into a much more modern room - we just love it! Felt confident in their work from start to finish, as they were all experienced tradesmen, and the whole job was coordinated really well so everyone came on time as planned. We would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Absolutely outstanding company! We had a conservatory roof changed to a tiled one for better insulation and it looks amazing!. We also had all the guttering and fascia boards around the whole house replaced as they were broken and tired. Eric, is just so kind and could not do enough to help us, especially after a bad experience. Ray was the project manager and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! He answered any calls immediately. You really could tell they wanted it to be right. It really mattered to them. Jake and Johnny did the conservatory roof and worked through the worst weather tirelessly. The finish is unreal on everything, we cannot thanks them enough and honestly this is how a business should be run. You couldn't have been treated better if you had won the lottery.

Great from start to finish, including some minor snagging work after completion. Ray has been very patient throughout, Eric and the team always kept us informed on what was happening when, despite some tough circumstances half way through the job. Would recommend highly.

4 Seasons Conservatory Roof. Great customer service and workmanship. Everything was carried quickly and professionally. At completion we received the proper documentation for building control. Would definitely recommend. Thanks to everyone who helped with this and especially Eric.

From start to finish the professionalism and workmanship of the entire company was excellent. Even when any areas needed further attention, they were prompt in ensuring remedial action was taken. Debbie in the office was brilliant in ensuring that Ray received our messages and he responded promptly with a solution. Steve the plasterer was meticulous in his work and ensured it was upto his high standards. Phil the electrician was brilliant, he went above and beyond to ensure the layout of the sockets and spotlights were accurate, he had a great attention to detail. A great experience, would highly recommend!

The meetings I had before the work was done were really informative and we had open discussions about the possibilities to accommodate what was required. I found both Eric and the surveyor very helpful, flexible and informative. I am really happy with the work that has been done, the only negative was that the mess caused by the internal work which wasn't cleaned up particularly well. To be fair it was mid December and they finished late in the day so it was quite dark on completion. Overall I would recommend.

I cannot recommend Your Choice highly enough! From start to finish, their service was exceptional. They completed our house extension efficiently and on time, all while maintaining a pleasant demeanour. It's also worth mentioning that when we hit a technical obstacle during the project, the boss himself came around straight away and we worked things out amicably face to face. The team was not only fast and efficient but also incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond the call of duty by adding extra finishing touches to the project. Any issues we had after the completion were promptly addressed. Overall, their professionalism, proficiency, and the pleasant manner of all the workmen make them the go-to choice for any building project. We are incredibly grateful for their outstanding work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! A special callout to Eric and Ray, thanks for everything!

Both admin staff and workers friendly and professional. We weren't oversold a more expensive option and were offered the package that suited our needs best. The work to replace all of the window panes in our conservatory and install eco-hybrid indoor roof insulation was completed to a very high standard, and we were able to take advantage of their limited-time offer of a free lock upgrade for the conservatory door

Your choice was very professional and helpful from the start. Came on time for original quote appointment and gave a realistic quote for our extension. Darren and the team from Your choice were all hard workers and very clean throughout the works being done. All trades people kept us informed what was happening and where the extension was upto. We would 100% recommend Your choice to family and friends.

After my usual builder retired I wasn't sure who to trust with building work I needed. I approached Your Choice and from the first person I spoke to in the showroom I have not been disappointed. All members of the team (admin, electricians, plumbers, plasterers, roofers, joiners, locksmiths) are polite, friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with the work carried out and would happily recommend them.

I see the good comments here and I decide to call this company for quote. However, the lady there couldn’t give me simple information about what sort of criteria for the finance application and they said they need to come up to check my house before they let me go for finance ?! What kind of logic is that ?

Absolutely fantastic service standards, even 7 years on after fitting they came back within 24 hours to sort an issue on my 72 year old mother’s conservatory. That’s how customer service should be done. I highly recommend choice.

Rang this company. Nobody picked up the call. I left a message. No one rang me back. I eventually rang again and managed to book an appointment to give a quote on Tuesday at 11:30pm. Nobody turned up. Wednesday at 2:55pm. A lady rang to confirm my appointment at 3:00 p.m. I obviously said that wasn't what was agreed for the appointment as I have to pick up my kids from school at this time and wouldn't have agreed 3:00 p.m. I said well we would have to cancel the appointment but she became rude and hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional and rude company

Totally pleased that we had Your Choice rebuild and improve our conservatory back in October 2018. I had delayed posting a review in case faults surfaced after time, which is what happened after the initial construction by another company. I need not have worried as the workmanship of Dave and the team was perfect and has remained so, such that we are still enjoying the conservatory today.

Well I've taken my time with review as I didn't know how to do it. The luckiest day in my life when I found their site. Malcolm came over to Sheffield and advised us. Then I received a quote. Then three wonderful guys came over from Manchester every day and did the most remarkable job. Now my conservatory has a fantastic new glass roof as I didn't want tiles.Its brilliant and I thank God I found this company.Its been up well over a year has had storms, heavy rain ,snow everything. Its waterproof and wonderful.I wish I knew how to attach an image. Thankyou so much to you all.

Used Your Choice for a 4 Seasons conservatory roof as highly recommended by a family friend. Fantastic quality service from initial consultation to completed result, I even had them back to change a number of old double glazed units and to carry out other minor repairs. Each tradesman was highly qualified and did a spot on job, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended, would definitely use again.
